Welcome to the studio!
We are a boutique pilates studio located in the heart of Murrells Inlet serving locals and visitors by providing personalized sessions and intimate group classes. We offer private, semi private, and group classes. Our group classes are limited to 6 people to create a personalized experience. Grip socks are required!
Before your first class please arrive 10 minutes early so you can learn about our studio policies, equipment, and establish your goals for your Pilates practice.
Where we are located
The studio address is 727 Wachesaw rd Murrells Inlet SC 29576, located at the front of Wachesaw road. We share a building with Cocora home design, where the entrance is located on the side of the building in the parking lot closest to 17 bypass.
All Levels Welcome!
All levels are welcome in our studio! Take your practice on the mat , or the reformer at your own pace and intensity!
Faith based studio
Exercise is only one component of taking care of your body. For overall wellness, you must take care of the spirit and the soul. At our studio, we are a family, not a franchise. We host monthly workshops which may include but are not limited to “prayer and Pilates” , “stretch and scripture” as well as “ full body fast to faith”.
