What’s A Bala Mama?

At our studio we utilize Bala stability balls, belly belts, resistance bands, and peanut balls to enhance your exercises and protect your baby. We offer two maternity class styles, both using Bala. Our Bala Mama 1.0 is for first time moms who are currently pregnant, while our Bala Mama 2.0 is for our new moms who have been cleared by a physician 6 weeks after giving birth! Classes will be semi private maxed at 2 students. Private sessions are also recommended for maternity students ( you are more than welcome to bring your newborn to your private session ).
